Our beautiful keepsake decorative oval fillable lockets make the perfect picture necklace and are made from antique glass and set in sterling silver. It will open allowing for a photo, flower, locks of hair etc.. to be placed inside or can be worn just plain with nothing inside. A very cool alternative take on the traditional locket.
We have been selling these lockets since 2010 and our customers tell us they are the ideal way to remember a lost loved one. They are so sentimental and so beautiful. This is the perfect clear glass floating locket, perfect to use a way to store a lock of hair to remember a lost loved one.

NB: Locket is only designed to carry something with a very slender thickness, like a photograph or pressed flower.

Personalization Information
All our engraving is performed by a master hand engraver based in London's jewellery district, Hatton Garden and so takes a bit longer. All messages will be on the sides of the locket in the best fitting position. Please allow an additional week for any personalization. you can have your own handwriting copied directly onto the locket. Just write out what you want, send us the photo, and specify that you want your penmanship copied in the details when checking out.

Our products are all handmade and are all of the highest quality 925 sterling silver. Our pieces are created using traditional artisan techniques that have been passed on from generation to generation. We take care in how each piece is made, ensuring that no corners are cut creating the most amazing jewellery! As each piece is handmade, sizes may vary slightly from one piece to another.

If the product is suitable for engraving the option will be visible for you to select when adding the product to your cart and you can add your engraving instructions in the notes field on the cart page. In this instance, please specify whether you’d like a BLOCK or a SCRIPT font. We will choose best positioning/font if not specified.

Small locket: 6 chars
Medium Locket: 8 chars
Large Locket: 10 chars

Hallmarking Policy:

By UK law any silver items i.e. Sterling silver, fine silver etc that weighs over 7.78 grams MUST be hallmarked. We are registered with the Assay Office in London, England and every piece of our jewellery over 7.78 grams has our 'sponsor' mark as well as the Assay Office mark and a mark to confirm the silver content - 925 for sterling and 999 for fine silver. This gives reassurance that what you are buying is indeed genuine silver. If you are purchasing something under 7.78 grams we can arrange hallmarking at your request but please note this will incur extra cost & will take longer to process.

Free Shipping on UK orders are posted with Royal Mail 48 which typically takes 2-3business days. You also have the option to upgrade to faster delivery once you reach the checkout.

International Shipping times will vary depending on the country, it usually takes between 5 and 10 business days but can take up to 3 weeks at busy times. If your international order is urgent, we can upgrade to a faster shipping method, just let us know.

We will dispatch 1-9 business days after your order has been made depending on if engraving has been ordered. Once dispatched, you will be provided a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Most items are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations which means you have 14 days after the day you receive the item to return it. *This does not affect your Statutory Rights*. We are often asked, 'what is the best way to keep silver from tarnishing' or for info on the best way 'to keep silver shiny'. The answer is simple, you either (1) wear it, (2) store it in a ziplock bag or (3) polish it. In no specific order, polishing your jewellery is an obvious one. There is nothing that I can think of that doesn't get dirty, and jewellery is no exception. So from time to time, it's going to need a clean (take a look at our polishing cloths for a great way to clean silver, gold and platinum).
