Our Story

Pivoting from draining professions in the financial services industry, founders and husband-wife duo, Jason and Jamie, set forth to see the world for inspiration for their next venture together. Knowing they wanted more freedom and fulfillment in their day-to-day lives, the two envisioned a life of owning and building a business together. With a one year allowance to explore the globe, the two came across many possible business pathways; many of which piqued their personal and professional interests. However, the two found exactly what they were looking for while traveling Mexico: hallmarked 925 sustainable silver. Noticing a blatant gap in the market for ethically produced, mid-range luxury, affordable fashion jewelry pieces, Jason and Jamie immediately drew up a plan of action.

Before returning home, the London-based couple eloped in Thailand to launch Mon Bijoux as a true family owned and operated business. Originally finding its niche offering an inclusive range of silver bangle sizes to fit snug on any wrist, the company has grown to preserve life’s most paramount, intangible moments with personalized memorial lockets and custom pendants for necklaces.

With several bespoke jewelry stores in London, Mon Bijoux was built curating a personal and unique shopping experience for our (incredible!) clients. It wasn’t until 2020 and COVID-19 that our hands were forced to shut down all storefronts and refocus our attention on online retailing. 

With an overwhelming amount of support and a demand to offer your favorite pieces- like our equestrian bit bracelet or keepsake jewelry for lost loved ones- in both gold plated and 18k gold vermeil, today we have transitioned 100% to exclusively selling the same high-quality engraved jewelry online.

Over 15 years and 2 kids later, Jason and Jamie are still doing what they love; bringing handcrafted unique jewelry and responsibly sourced, quality personalized pieces to the United Kingdom and beyond, with you at the very core of our ethos.
